BPCMO, the Baltic Press Publishers’ Collective Management Organisation, is a collective management organisation established in 2024 by leading Estonian news media publishers. Its purpose is to conduct negotiations with various users of media content, including international technology companies, regarding the licensing of media content, collect remuneration paid under licensing agreements, and distribute such payments fairly among publishers that have joined the organisation.

Through BPCMO, publishers can enter into media content licensing agreements more efficiently, reduce transaction costs, and ensure stronger protection of their copyrights and related rights. The organisation’s objective is to promote the shared interests of news media publishers and strengthen the sustainability of quality journalism in the Baltic region.

All news media publishers are welcome to join BPCMO or enter into a representation agreement with the organisation. All publishers are treated equally and fairly based on objective criteria.
